As a single, full-time mom of two who runs her own business and homeschools her youngest, Charlene understands the challenge of juggling a full plate while trying to find time for yourself. With a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry and four years of online coaching, she specializes in assisting women aged 35 and over to navigate the complexities of changing bodies, hormones, and a lifestyle that no longer responds as it once did. Certified in Personal Training and Sports Nutrition through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), Charlene combines her education with real-life experiences, addressing the time constraints, mental load, and frustrations that come with striving for fat-loss and feeling like you’re doing everything right without seeing results. She has empowered hundreds of women to build consistency, confidence, and routines that align with their lives instead of working against them.
